Master Your Food Style

I love to eat....and I love to shop. So one might obviously conclude this equates to loving to shop for food! Ah.....not always and not exactly. Most women that I know as friends or clients would contemplate a root canal over grocery shopping. And, not surprisingly, most women I know are never too tired to shop for just about anything else. So, I thought to myself, "could it be if we took all that we know and love about fashion and shopping for fashion and applied it to our food, we might learn something about ourselves and enjoy our food experience more?"
I think it can be quite effective, especially given that I have used this phenomenon as an approach to counseling for a number of years and saw it raise eyebrows and turn on eco-friendly light bulbs above people's heads. So, for the past several years, I have been taking mental and physical notes and I decided to challenge myself with creating a concept and writing a book which hopes to entertain you, educate you and compel you to craft an eating style that works for you so that you are no longer at odds with food.

I celebrate public speaking and writing as my favorite venues for reaching many more people than individual consults and conversations could ever accomplish. Exciting a room full of people about this topic takes on an energy of its own. I hope some day we can share in this energy together.
